They can't have it both ways - either they're selling a license, and the physical media is kinda irrelevant, as long as I respect the rights the license gives me, or they're selling a physical product, in which case, I can do whatever I want with it. But if you break or damage the physical media, they want you to buy it again even though you've already paid for the license!Įxactly what I was going to post. They want you to think of it as a license to use the content, so you cannot resell it or make copies. Just guessing as I have no read the T&C or smallprint - who does?
